Steps to order

1.    REGISTRATION/LOGIN

 

If you are not yet registered, create your account in the top menu, so you can place and track your orders (from preparation to dispatch).

 

Already a Naturapura online customer?

 

If you are already registered with our online store, just sign in with your email address and password

 

Forgot your password?

Don’t worry! In the sign-in process, there is a button for that purpose – “forgotten your password?” Following this action, you will be sent an email to the email address you indicated upon registration.

 

 

2.    SHOPPING

 

Do your shopping by categories

  • In the top menu, look through all our product’s categories (clothing, bedding, bath…) for the ones you want to purchase
  • Select an item to see all the relevant information.
  • Add the desired items to your basket. Remember to choose the quantity, color and size you want!

 

Manage your shopping basket

  • Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon "Your basket" on the top right-hand side:
  • Discover all the information about the items in your basket.
  • By adding items to the basket, the total amounts of the items are automatically calculated.
  • Choose the option “confirm” to finish your order. The total amount of the items, shipping costs and quantity will be clearly mentioned in this step
  • In this step you can select the option "Add gift package". This option has an additional cost of 3€. We will send your order inside a gift package, ready to make a special offer! (see image below)
  • After you pay your order, we will send you a confirmation email about 30 minutes after your purchase

3.    PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Payments at Naturapura online store are carried out through Paypal. However, you do not need to have a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit or debit card.

4.    DISPUTES

 

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution thereof shall be sought prior to any legal action.

The objective of mediation is to seek and offer an amicable, personalized solution to conflicts between the Members and the Company as an alternative to recourse to long and costly legal actions. A mediator is by definition neither judge nor arbitrator; he is a neutral, impartial person and independent.
